Happy Sunday Laurie! My intention for this year is to look for the gift in every moment, there’s always a silver lining!

Yes….just like a quote a saw recently…stop what you are doing and see the beauty that surrounds you right now. (the gist, anyway 😉 ) I “try” to live in the NOW…it’s not as easy as it sounds! I love the quotes you posted too….very true and a good reminder!

It’s hard to live in the now, this moment, this time! We are so programmed to looking forward to, the next happening that right now gets a little ignored. It takes real concentration to change that thinking… it’s an ongoing exercise! 😉 Thanks so much for stopping in! <3

Makes me calmer just looking at your backyard — willows are so gorgeous! And, that light! I’m definitely in a rut this month, but would be much happier if I just accepted things as they are. Yes, it’s still snowy and crummy, but so much to be thankful for too. 🙂

I adore the willow, bordering on obsession! lol I am so glad we moved our studio upstairs and I can look at it when I need that little mental break! There really is so much right here and right now to be thankful for, it’s just a matter of switching the way we think. Something I am working on every day! xo

I love these quotes on “Gratitude.” I think this is my word for this year. I think about it a lot. I have much to be thankful for.
